Here, our double-tube heat exchangers win over our customers with their simple and compact design, while the shell-and-tube heat exchangers with a large number of thin inner tubes are ideally suited for high-volume flow rates and/or demanding heat transfer tasks.

Technical data

  • Multi-passage: Up to eight tube-side passages possible in the heat exchangers

  • U-tube design possible

  • For industrial applications, the shell-and-tube heat exchangers are fully welded.

  • Direct current or counter-current principle

  • For applications in the food industry, the head plates of the shell-and-tube heat exchangers can be removed for better cleaning of the inner tubes.

  • In the pharmaceutical sector, DTS (double-tube-sheet) design is used, with which the primary and secondary compartments are completely isolated from each other by an additional head plate, in order to exclude any mixing of the two media.
