Hygienic solutions are indispensable for complex process engineering tanks. Our AseptraLine® longitudinal sight glasses in three sizes fulfil this to the highest degree. With the special AseptraLine® sealing geometry, we have succeeded in producing sealing with minimal dead space, and yet compensating for a slight welding distortion. This avoids the tension on the sight glass and makes the installation easy and safe.

Stefan Kuhn has been Managing Director of Sommer & Strassburger Edelstahlanlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG since 1 April 2022. He succeeds the previous long-standing managing director and former owner Michael Hilpp. Stefan Kuhn has been working as plant manager for Sommer & Strassburger since October 2017. He is very familiar with the tasks of the company and has been significantly involved in the strong growth of the company in recent years.
The company’s product range, operational performance and market position are now being further expanded. A current strategic focus project is the introduction of intelligent production control to design flexible and highly efficient production. In addition, a further production site in the immediate vicinity will significantly increase capacities in order to accelerate the planned further strong organic growth.

With our new inquiry forms for membrane housings, cartridge filter housings and heat exchangers you can lay out your stainless steel components with your own specific requirements.
Strongly acidic, aggressive or chloride-containing media often require the use of expensive special materials. Our ETFE-coated membrane housings of the ResiLine® series combine the optimum corrosion resistance of a fluoropolymer with the mechanical strength of stainless steel. Thanks to the processing method, a permanent bond is created between the coating and the substrate material, ensuring both vacuum resistance and long-lasting durability.
With multiport designs, our membrane housings can be assembled directly in a compact manner, eliminating the need for costly distributor lines made of special materials. We would also be happy to take over your complete plant construction with special materials.

From 08.03 to 10.03.2022, we were pleased to welcome interested visitors at our booth at FILTECH in Cologne.
In addition to stimulating conversations with a variety of new interested parties, we were also very pleased to see many familiar faces again.
Active at the booth for the first time – our new bag filter housings with hinged screws as an alternative to the existing version with clamps.
